“Security men and INEC staff are forcing people to vote for APC” – Davido Raises Alarm
Superstar Afrobeat singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has called on the attention of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, over an alleged election circumvent in Osun State.
The singer who has been solidly behind the political career of his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, puts his foot on the ground amidst the ongoing election in Osun State.
Taking to his Instagram story, Davido called the attention of the respective authorities to the forceful vote casting imposed on citizens by the security operatives and INEC staff in charge.
“Security men and INEC staff have circumvented the voting process in Ife East, Modakeke, Boosa market unit. they are forcing people to vote for APC!! The People are resisting,” he wrote.
Ademola Adeleke is a Nigerian politician and businessman, He was a senator that represented the Osun-west senatorial district between 2017 and 2019. He is from the Adeleke family of Ede in Osun State
