Reno Omokri, a former Media Aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, has warned Nigerians to ensure that in the forthcoming elections in 2023, APC Presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu is not allowed to come out victorious.
Reno stated this in a tweet he shared via his verified Twitter account; where he explained that the Muslim-Muslim ticket presidential ambition of the ruling All Progressive Party (APC) can not represent Nigerians fairly.
He cited a video where Tinubu’s wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu was seen telling the Igbos that she does not trust them anymore; and following the fact that her husband picked a fellow Muslim as his running mate, Reno warned that the Tinubu’s should not be in Aso Rock in 2023.
“Already Tinubu’s wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, was caught on camera telling Igbos she does not trust them. Now, her husband has picked a fellow Muslim as his running mate. The Tinubus should not be in Aso Rock, because they can’t represent all Nigerians fairly!,” he tweeted
Recall that the APC presidential flag bearer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu had picked former Borno state Senator, Kashim Shettima (a fellow Muslim) as his presidential running mate for 2023.
This act has left tongue’s wagging in concern about the position and fate of the Christians in Nigeria if they eventually come out victorious in the forthcoming elections.
