Justin Bieber Reveals He Has Ramsay Hunt Syndrome and His Face Is Partially Paralyzed
Justin Bieber, a popular Canadian singer has disclosed that he has been diagnosed with an illness called Ramsey Hunts Syndrome causing half of his face to be paralyzed.
The singer made this disclosure in a video released via his official Instagram account on Friday, June 10, while explaining why he’s had to cancel his shows.
Justin Bieber said the disease was caused by a virus (Ramsey Hunts Syndrome) that attacked his ear and face and now he is unable to move half of his face.
The “Baby” hitmaker who stated that the condition is very serious, said he will need a lot of rest and facial exercises to get better but doesn’t know how long it will take for him to make full recovery.
In the video, Justin Bieber demonstrated how one side of his face is no longer moving, and asked his fans to be patient with him because he won’t be able to perform or host his shows till he gets better.
