The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Lagos State governor, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has returned back to Nigeria from UK.
According to SaharaReporters, Tinubu returned quietly to Nigeria on Friday night after spending months overseas for medical care.
“Tinubu has quietly returned tonight. He returned quietly but can’t stand the rigours of a physical rally,” SaharaReporters reported
We gathered that among those at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos State to meet Tinubu was the state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Meanwhile, the APC in Lagos State had sent out a circular to its leaders across the state informing them that the scheduled Sunday welcome party being organised for Tinubu has been cancelled.
Mackenzie Sky Blog understands that the APC sent the circular, through it State Chairman, Alhaji Tunde Balogun, with no specific reason given for the change in plan.
However, the APC leader disclose that a new arrangement for welcoming Tinubu would be announced later.
