Billionaire Lawyer and former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Ned Nwoko has sent a lengthy letter to President Muhammadu Buhari asking him to restructure the country.
In the letter, Ned Nwoko calls on Buhari to grant full autonomy to the local government councils to facilitate their revenue allocation directly from the federation accounts.
He also asked that the same treatment be given to state houses of assembly and the judiciary just as he called on the national assembly to enact laws to legal backing to the recent resolutions of the southern governors.
According to Ned, it is the only way to restore peace, unity, progress, security, and sustainable development to the country.
He also called on the socio-political regional bodies such as Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Afenefere, Arewa, PANDEF to give their total support to the call.
Nwoko lauded Buhari for his many populist and people-oriented programmes and policies, declaring support for the President.
