|Man United Squad|
Manchester United are taking a 23-man squad to Germany for Tuesday’s Champions League decisive game against RB Leipzig, with Martial and Edinson Cavani both doubtful for the encounter.
Qualification to the next stage is up for grabs, with the Reds requiring at least a draw in order to secure a place in the knock-out stage, and confidence must be high after the superb 3-1 comeback victory at West Ham United on Saturday
Fred is out due to the red card he received against PSG. Strikers Edinson Cavani and Anthony Martial are also out with minor knocks sustained during the match with West Ham United.
On the plus side, David De Gea and Luke Shaw both make the trip, with the latter returning after being sidelined since the win over Everton on 7 November.
There is still plenty of firepower at manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s disposal with Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford, who both scored at the weekend, and Odion Ighalo all available to lead the line.
Axel Tuanzebe is back in the Champions League squad after missing last week’s home defeat to Paris Saint-Germain due to being banned for accumulating three yellow cards in the competition.
With the return of Paul Pogba to the team, United’s midfield position is now complete and in good shape, Ole must ponder which formation to use against the much-vaunted Bundesliga side, who drew 3-3 away to Bayern Munich on Saturday.
Man United Squad for the match are;
