#EndSARS: Actress, Iyabo Ojo Cries Out Over Threat Message She Got For Withdrawing Her Support For APC & PDP

Popular Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has cried out on social media after she allegedly received threats messages for withdrawing her support for the two leading political parties (PDP & APC) in Nigeria during the disrupted #EndSARS protest.
Iyabo Ojo who shared her ordeal on her Instagram page revealed that she woke up to a message from a friend who claimed her name was mentioned at a meeting where government officials were gathered.
Her friend who claimed that someone sent it to him warned the mother of two to calm down as smart celebrities who have brains do not take on the government.
“Now, if you are close to Iyabo Ojo, advise her to calm down. Smart celebrities who have brains don’t take on governments ooo. I was somewhere and her name was mentioned,” the threat message read.
Reacting to this, Iyabo cried saying;
“Are we now threatened to silence?”
According to her, she started receiving threats messages after she took to her Twitter page back in October to announce that she will no longer be campaigning for the APC and PDP.
“I Alice Iyabo Ojo, will never support, campaign or vote for any APC or PDP member ever again in my life even if you are my family or friend, we need a New Nigeria Flag of Nigeria, we need to stop recycling Universal recycling symbol #EndBadGoverance,” she tweeted.
